In 1998 Ceramipro Detailing's founder and Hudson, NH resident, Jeff Nichols, began his career in the automotive detailing industry. At the time it was just a job for the then 16 year old but as months went on Jeff realized he had a passion for cars and decided to turn detailing into a career. 

Continuing to improve his knowledge in the field Jeff grew as not only a detailer but also as a leader. In 2000, Jeff accepted a position at a local Dodge dealership to manage their detailing department. At that time Jeff didn't know that this decision would change his life forever.

In less than one year after accepting this new position, Jeff was informed the dealership would be outsourcing their detailing to an outside company and he would be laid off at the end of the day. Putting his work ethics in the drivers seat he accepted a detailing position with the unknown company that was moving in.

Continuing to put his best foot forward, Jeff gained more knowledge in detailing and honed his skills as a leader. As years past, opportunities with his new employer came. Jeff would soon grow professionally, helping grow a customer base of nearly 50 dealerships across New Hampshire and Massachusetts with nearly 200 fellow detailers working under his supervision. In 2018 Jeff was named Senior Operations Manager for the company.

With the support of his wife Cristin, their six amazing children, all of the knowledge and expertise in the detailing industry, Jeff and Cristin decided to embark on a personal business in 2020. After years of hard work and dedication to their employers, fellow coworkers and customers Jeff and Cristin learned a key life lesson during their personal and professional endeavors. To be successful it is all about people and making a positive impact on those around them. 

With that philosophy, Ceramipro Detailing was born. Jeff, Cristin and their family have one passion, to serve their clients and community the only way they know how to. Being honest, transparent and committed to delivering the best service that they can.
