Terms of Service and Privacy Notice for Ceramipro Detailing LLC

Ceramipro Detailing LLC ("we," "our," or "us") provides automotive detailing services in the state of New Hampshire. By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service and Privacy Notice.

We provide automotive detailing services which include but are not limited to:

Specific details of the services provided will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice for each job.

3. Appointments and Scheduling

All services must be scheduled in advance through our booking system, phone, or email. We strive to honor the scheduled appointment time; however, Ceramipro Detailing LLC reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule appointments if necessary. In case of a cancellation or rescheduling by the customer, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

4. Pricing and Payments

All pricing is subject to change without notice and is contingent on the vehicle’s condition and the level of service selected. A final invoice will be provided upon completion of services. Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed upon.

We accept payment via credit card, cash, or other methods specified at the time of booking. All transactions are processed securely.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You, the customer, agree to:

• Ensure your vehicle is accessible for the scheduled service.
• Inform us of any pre-existing damage or conditions of the vehicle that may affect the outcome of the service.
• Approve all service terms and pricing before the service is performed.
• Be responsible for securing any personal items in the vehicle before detailing, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ceramipro Detailing LLC is not liable for any pre-existing damage or conditions on your vehicle. We are also not responsible for damage caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, accidents, or improper maintenance. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific services rendered.

7. Termination of Service

Ceramipro Detailing LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if the customer is abusive, disruptive, or if there are unsafe conditions during the service. We also reserve the right to terminate services in the event of non-payment or other breaches of these Terms.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
